Welcome to Mahogany at Carib. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we offer. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Property Overview

Mahogany at Carib offers vacation rental accommodations in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in accordance with our rental policies.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

  • Use the site to make false or fraudulent inquiries or bookings

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the site

  • Reproduce or distribute content from the site without our written permission

3. Bookings & Payments

All reservations are processed through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, Airbnb). By making a reservation, you agree to the platform’s terms and policies in addition to ours.

Booking confirmations, cancellations, payment terms, and refunds are governed by Airbnb’s policies unless otherwise arranged directly with Mahogany at Carib.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM or later

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect house rules outlined on the Airbnb listing

  • Treat the property and neighborhood with care

  • Report damages or issues promptly

  • Refrain from disruptive or illegal activities on the premises

Guests may be charged for damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.

6. Rooftop Terrace Use

The Rooftop Terrace is available by reservation only and may be used for private events, subject to prior approval and additional terms. Mahogany at Carib reserves the right to deny or revoke access due to misuse or non-compliance with rules.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund policies are subject to Airbnb’s terms unless otherwise stated. Please review the cancellation policy on our Airbnb listing prior to booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Mahogany at Carib or used with permission. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mahogany at Carib is not responsible for:

  • Any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay

  • Interruptions in services (e.g., utilities, internet, weather-related issues)

  • External activities or third-party services (e.g., transportation, tours)

You use the site and services at your own risk.

10. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
